From / on additional number it is possible to send / to receive SMS.
1) For sending SMS from additional number, it is necessary to type customer number in a format 018380YYХХХХХХХ where 018 – is the service code, and 380YYХХХХХХХ is customer number in the international format without «+». At the subscriber-phone your additional number will be displayed at usual sending of the message, without 018
Pay attention, to send SMS it is possible only on numbers of the Ukrainian operators of mobile communication (on short SPA-NUMBERS to send SMS there is no possibility). To receive and send SMS it is possible even in roaming but meanwhile mobile operator Kyivstar does not guarantee work correctness.
2) If you have received SMS on additional number, number of the sender will be displayed in a format 018380YYХХХХХХХ.
Pay attention, at preservation SMS in telephone directory or on a SIM-card, in a following sms the name which is appropriated to number (even if SMS has arrived on additional number) will be displayed. To receive SMS on additional number it is possible from subscribers of the Ukrainian and foreign mobile operators.
3) In detailed calls elaboration in systems «My Kyivstar» / «My Djuice», and also in service «Detailed account», entering SMS from additional number from other subscriber will be displayed without service code «018», and proceeding with a code «018».
4) Sent SMS tariffing will be according to the conditions of tariff plan on which your basic number is served.

Nuances in the work of service «Additional number»:
By means of the system «My Kyivstar» / «My Djuice» WEB-interface the subscriber can:
1) Get information about the service status:
- Assigned additional number;
- Term on which service is connected;
- Quantity of accessible number replacements in the current month;
- View the function «Work under the schedule» status
2) Make an application on service connection.
3) Change the additional number.
4) Choose the additional number (number for choice, Silver, Gold or Platinum number)
5) Choose schedule type of service work / adjust schedule details.
6) Connect/disconnect work of service in the schedule.
7) Suspend/renew service granting.
Disconnect service.

Management of service by means of USSD *100*33*X# where «X» it is a code of a special command:
- 1 — Check of the service status. You get known the information about additional number, a service condition (active/suspended), the function status «Work under the schedule» (connect/disconnect);
- 2 — Order the service;
- 3 — Change the existing additional number, appropriated by system automatically;
- 4 — Suspend/renew the service granting;
- 5 — Connect/disconnect the service work in the schedule;
- 6 — Disconnect the service.

Payment:
- Monthly fee — 12,75 grn. – for contract / corporate subscribers;
- Daily fee — 0,43 grn. – for subscribers of Kyivstar and Djuice prepaid communication.
- Change of the additional number – 10,63 grn.

What is the service?
Imagine – you have 1 mobile phone, 1 SIM-card, 1 tariff plan and 2 phone numbers, from which: the first is your basic high-grade and constant, and the second — «Additional number» from which you can always make a call through a special code.
Thus, thanks to this service you can connect the additional mobile number on the existing SIM-card.

For the additional number order you need to choose one of variants:
- IVR 466 or 477*76 (for corporate subscribers only to coordinators);
- USSD *100*33*2#;
- service «My Kyivstar» / «My Djuice».

By the way, it is very convenient that if you disconnect the service, the additional phone number remains for last owner within three months then other subscriber can receive it. It means that if within three months after disconnection the subscriber will connect service repeatedly, that additional number which he used before service disconnection will be assigned to it.

ATTENTION! Additional number is automatically generated by the system. The subscriber gets the number within days in the form of SMS on the basic phone number.
On one basic number it is possible to connect only one additional number. Thus, number can be changed, but not more often, than three times within a month from the moment of the service order.

For calls fulfillment from the additional number, it is not necessary to do any options or changes in phone, it is enough to type customer phone (to which you are calling) in a format 01838067ХХХХХХХ. If the entering call comes not on your basic number but on additional, on the display of phone you also will see calling number in a format 01838067ХХХХХХХ. Proceeding calls from additional number are paid according to conditions of your tariff plan, entering is free.

Service «Additional number» is given only on the constant basis, and there is no possibility to choose service for some period of validity.
Additional number can be in an active condition round the clock, or under the schedule:
1) At service connection it is possible to establish the operating mode according to which additional number is in an active mode.
2) By means of the system «My Kyivstar» / «My Djuice» WEB-interface it is possible to change the schedule of work of service:
- Additional number is active (at a fixed time);
- Additional number is suspended (at a fixed time).
Further it is possible to establish one of schedule kinds:
- Standard — additional number can be active/suspended in the specified days of week at the same time;
- Expanded — additional number can be active/suspended at various times depending on day of the week and at the set time interval.
3) Pay attention, when additional number is suspended, you can call from it, but there will be no possibility to accept entering calls. Thus the subscriber, who will try to carry out a call on your additional number during the period when he is temporarily suspended, will hear the system message that the subscriber is out of a network cover zone. Thus you will not receive SMS about the past call. During an interval when additional number is suspended according to the schedule, you can send and accept SMS.

Service «D-Djingle». If on your basic number service «D-Djingle» is connected, calling on additional number D-Djingle will work.

In «My Kyivstar» / « My Djuice» is given possibility to choose additional number (it costs — 15,94 grn.) and also to pick up the number from the category:
- Silver number — 265,63 grn.;
- Gold number — 1062,50 grn.;
- Platinum number — 1593,75 grn.

Service «Calling line identification restriction service» does not work at calls from additional number.

The action «Roaming in Russia» will allow subscribers to receive into their account minutes to call and accept entering calls free of charge being in Russia, that means you must not to limit yourself in conversations:

- for tariffs «Absolute Unlimited», «Business Absolute Unlimited» – 1000 minutes per month.
For comparison: if you are in territory of Russia with Kyivstar number and you are not the participant of the action «Roaming in Russia», one minute of call will cost 9,56 grn. Such tariffing will be per minute of a proceeding and entering call! Tariffing is per minute.
